Returns

Buyers have 14 days of delivery to notify me of any problems. Please send me a detailed description of the problem along with photographs. If I accept the return, buyers has 30 days of delivery to return the item to me the condition it was received. The buyer may have to responsible for return shipping depending on the circumstances.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order doesn't arrive or the item arrives damaged, please message me. All parcels are tracked. If it is indeed lost or damaged buyers can receive a refund or replacement depending on the situation. If the item arrived damaged please keep the packing and photograph and message me. Photographs will be needed for insurance claims. If you send a return, please put 'return to sender' on the label for custom reasons. If you do not any custom fees will be taken from the refund amount.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations, but if you have a problem, message me as soon as possible.

Please be aware that postage times for international countries can range anywhere between 2-4 weeks from dispatch. Please allow time for your item to arrive. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Europe: 1-3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 2-4 weeks

Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-4 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Sometimes items arrive earlier or later then estimated dates, for international countries customs/holidays may slow post down.
